Initial project milestone — 10 September 2026

• Preserve the full Blender homestead with main kitchen/dining/living pavilion, adjacent parents’ bedroom, meditation room, detached sauna and shower, rainwater tanks, solar, greenhouse, garden beds, road and Tesla garage/workstation/bike storage.
• Keep future children’s spaces as ghost outlines. Only the meditation room is built in the current children’s-module area.
• Add the reading corner with two filled bookshelf bays and one chair.
• Preserve the first actual Unreal Engine meditation-room level and still render.
• Establish space for future surveyed terrain, LiDAR, coordinated plans and a whole-property Unreal walkthrough.

Next decisions: actual property and survey; room sizes and circulation after testing daily routines; how future additions connect; material assemblies; energy/water demand; and professional design coordination.
