# Initial project milestone — 10 September 2026
- Preserve the full Blender homestead with main kitchen/dining/living pavilion, adjacent parents’ bedroom, meditation room, detached sauna and shower, rainwater tanks, solar, greenhouse, garden beds, road and Tesla garage/workstation/bike storage.
- Keep future children’s spaces as ghost outlines. Only the meditation room is built in the current children’s-module area.
- Add the reading corner with two filled bookshelf bays and one chair.
- Preserve the first actual Unreal Engine meditation-room level and still render.
- Establish space for future surveyed terrain, LiDAR, coordinated plans and a whole-property Unreal walkthrough.
Next decisions: actual property and survey; room sizes and circulation after testing daily routines; how future additions connect; material assemblies; energy/water demand; and professional design coordination. No land purchase, site survey, regulatory review, engineering or capacity sizing is represented as complete.

# Bedroom sleep setup
Marcus requested Eight Sleep, blackout curtains and air conditioning. Added a fitted cooling cover and ventilated bedside hub, lined curtains with open/closed states, and indoor/outdoor AC units. Kept natural timber and linen finishes. Updated chapter 08 camera framing and added a bedroom render. No changes to the Unreal meditation room.

# Daily life, movement and kitchen
Marcus approved training equipment, outdoor meals for 8–10 people, table tennis with a future basketball reserve, a shaded garden walk and convenient food preparation/storage. He then requested higher kitchen fidelity: oven, induction, copper pots and pans and a marble countertop island.
Kept the narrow verandah clear by adding an adjoining gathering terrace. Training and table tennis have separate decks with entry steps. No new enclosed child modules were built. Future building outlines remain visible. Added six tour chapters and regenerated the site plan from matching layout coordinates. Retained lightweight viewport geometry.
Actual Blender renders: training-area.png, outdoor-gathering.png, daily-life-overview.png, kitchen-copper-marble.png. Saved-file verification checks required objects, access steps and a single visible caption in all 30 chapters.

# Garden-centred composition
Marcus rejected the separate table-tennis area and requested cohesive geometry, an element of symmetry, smooth curves connecting buildings, and more planting/flowers. He also requested a private repository on git.rehbock.xyz containing the context and Blender file, created through SSH on rehbock.xyz.
Current axes: main pavilion and garage x=0; parents and meditation x=-11.8; east future reserve x=11.8; northern reserve x=0. Service row y=-19 holds training, garage and ground solar. The buildings retain simple rectangular forms; the garden court, covered timber breezeway, pedestrian routes and vehicle approach provide the curves. There are 13 flowering beds, 221 planted clumps and eight shrub groups. Table-tennis geometry is absent.
Validated saved-file objects, subject positions, preserved kitchen/tanks, 30 captioned chapters, full 2560×1440 render settings and fast-view render exclusion. Inspected actual Cycles images. This remains an unsurveyed concept; symmetry and paths are not an engineering or planning approval.
