Marcus asked for more overall fidelity, a start on a walkable Unreal Engine 5 simulation, and a video to show prospective house-building clients. Implemented a new detailed Blender revision, short animated concept film, and an actual whole-site Unreal first-person prototype; all prior design constraints remain.
## Bedroom bed note
Marcus asked for a note on the Blender bedroom: the bed should be built into the
wall rather than stand as free furniture, so it stays rigid and quiet in use.
Recorded as a requirement in `decisions/2026-09-11-bed-wall-integrated.md`. Not
yet modelled — the scene still shows a free-standing bed.
